My freshmen year at Etown was more than I could have ever predicted! I was in Simple Living, and lived with the same people I had classes with. At first I thought I would hate seeing the same people all day every day and never getting a break, but after the first two weeks I realized that this was the best thing that could have ever happened to me! We lived in Founders C3 and became very close. We did everything together! Slowly Founders C3 became my family. There were many nights up late playing games and talking, along with movie marathon nights that continued until we feel asleep on the couches. We also colored together and our lounge looked like a kindergarten classroom, with walls covered with colorful pictures. We also took many trips together, to the mall, to philly, and even just to Kmart and Target.
As the year rounded to an end we all were worried that we would not be able to have another amazing year together and I felt like I was losing my family. It turns out that we applied to live in another LLC, Glaction. Now, even though all of us do not live together, we still eat and hang out. Most of us live on the 3rd floor in Meyer and have rooms right next store to each other! At the beginning of this year we got back together and felt like no time elapsed since we last saw each other. We are back to eating together, watching movies, playing games, and just sitting around talking. I cannot wait to spend the remainder of this year with them and the next 2 years after that. It is true that you really meet your true friends in college, and I'm glad I found them in my first two weeks at Etown!
Aw Becky, you are my true friend! And we will have fun the next two years! :-)
